Lost Property
To report lost property, first download the Report Form Here and then click here to send the completed form to us. You will receive a response from our team within 48hours of submitting form.
To help with your enquiry, all fields need to be completed along with a description of the item lost.
Please Note: The Lost Property Form is a Police requirement and MUST be completed in order to deal with your request. All lost property will be appropriately disposed of after 28 days, in line with legal requirements.

Refunds
Follow the refund procedure below and we will be happy to issue a refund.
Please Note: Refunds are NOT issued due to a change of mind or non-attendance of an event.
1. - we now issue refunds only on the night of the event.
2. - If you require a refund for your mobile ticket please take your proof of purchase to the main entrance and we will provide you with a cash refund.
3. - We cannot refund you your booking fee as this remains with the vendor.

What is Gatecrasher?
Since its creation in 1993, Gatecrasher has rapidly become the UK's most outstanding and influential dance club and youth culture brand, changing the face of club culture globally. Gatecrasher began as a one-off party at the Engine House in the West Midlands and has since built up a worldwide reputation as the world’s most respected and innovative club brand. 15 years on and the conception of Gatecrasher Birmingham represents a huge milestone for Gatecrasher; a new flagship venue, bigger better and bolder than ever before, the birthplace of Gatecrasher, a homecoming… A lot has happened since Gatecrasher first stamped its lion shaped mark on the global clubbing community in the mid 90s; now with 7 venues under our belt, an annual summer festival in the UK, chart topping compilations and mix CDs, continuous world touring and some of the most exciting big production events in the UK and beyond, the Gatecrasher lion continues to grow, inspire and innovate. Are There Any Age Restrictions?
Minimum age is 18.
As part of the licensing conditions we will be operating Challenge 21 policy which says anyone that looks under the age of 21 has to present 2 forms of ID on any student night and 1 form of ID on any other night.
What Is The Dress Code?
Ultra! Gatecrasher operates a door policy. What is the Ultra! Gatecrasher policy? No Effort! No Entry! It's about style. Cool and funky. Trainers (not sports trainers) and jeans are allowed, but worn in the right way. Make an effort – don’t look scruffy or too casual. Check out our galleries to get an idea what we mean. Definitely no sportswear.
We understand that sometimes someone may be the right kind of person for the club but they haven't quite made enough of an effort. In this circumstance you may be issued with a yellow card. Essentially what this means is that you get in this time because we like you!
